Holding a Masters in Psychological Therapies and a Bachelors in Psychology, my understanding has grown from a professional space of learning where mental health is placed at the forefront. Working on cases, I’ve covered a variety of therapy types, collaborating with clients sensitively. Now registered with the BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy), my emphasis is on understanding mental health issues in-depth, bringing knowledge to the advice I offer. I aim to ensure you are adequately cared for, nurtured throughout every session. I’m dedicated to using my awareness of healing, and what can aid and enrich it, to help you, creating a tactile and sensory experience that enhances the way you feel.
Having worked in mental health, across private, public and charity sectors, for over ten years, my understanding of how to provide the type of support that’s needed is refined. I’ve counselled loss, stress and identity issues, forging ways forward that work for each separate situation. With practice, I’ve learnt to be responsive, listening to clients and offering advice that’s relevant to them.
Setting is important in making sure you feel ready and able to open up and talk about how you’re feeling. Coming to me means coming to a space you can depend on. For private counselling, I offer online and offline sessions, supporting your aims in ways that are accessible in an environment that suits you.
My key services provide structured support to varied circumstances. In your session, you have the opportunity to focus entirely on yourself, supported by activities, communication, and assistance tailored to enhance focus. With guidance, you can surmount obstacles, identify alternative patterns, and develop the capacity to connect with yourself in positive, novel ways. Through thoughtful facilitation and commitment, you'll acquire the time and space necessary to uncover fresh insights, enabling the formulation of personal strategies for immediate goal-setting.
I have a story, like you. My own experiences have taught me a lot about resilience, growth and change, enabling me to understand the development process and provide a counselling service that’s responsive, receptive and rooted in awareness.
